Usage of the Service requires registration through the Website by creating a user account. From time to time, we post customer testimonials on the Website which may contain Personal Data. We obtain the customers’ consent to post their names along with their testimonials.

Shipping and billing information
When You make an order through the Service or Website as a consumer customer, we store your email address, name, phone number, postal and billing address.
When You make an order through the Service or Website as a business customer, we store, in addition to details listed above, the company name, VAT and EIN numbers and your reference text if provided.
Information necessary to process Your order payment is collected by our business partner, Stripe and Chargebee, including card issuer information, Your email address and Your payment history. This information may also be used to enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between You and us, including for billing and collection.
What Are the Security Methods to Protect Your Data
We undertake to use, and to have our business partners and service providers use, commercially reasonable measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
Any payment transactions will be encrypted by our business partner, Stripe and Chargebee.

The safety and security of Your information also depends on You. Where We have given You (or where You have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Website, or to our Service, You are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask You not to share Your password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although We do our best to protect Your personal information, We cannot guarantee the security of Your personal information transmitted to our Website or via our Service. Any transmission of personal information is at Your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website or Service.

Please note that there can be exceptions based on Your country due to local laws or authorities and that We may be obligated to disclose Your data to authorities or third parties pursuant to applicable law or an order of a regulatory or statutory authority.
We may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of our assets, including Your Personal Data, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.
Where Is Your Data Hosted
Name of Personal Data File: The name of the Personal Data file is the customer data register of the Service.
Right to review: You have a right to review Your Personal Data collected to our register. Right to review shall be requested by submitting a request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Right to prohibition: You have a right to prohibit the use of Your Personal Data for direct advertising, remote sale or other direct marketing as well as for marketing and attitude surveys. Written notice of prohibition shall be submitted to email@example.com.
